The Grambling State University football team will play three additional games on ESPN+, the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) announced on Friday.
With the additional three games, Grambling State now will play four games on ESPN+, one on ESPNU and one on NBC/Peacock.
Grambling State will meet Bethune-Cookman (3 p.m. central time kickoff) on ESPN+ on September 24 and two of the three home games at Eddie G. Robinson Memorial Stadium will be streamed on ESPN+. GSU versus Alcorn State on October 29 and against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on November 5 will be streamed on ESPN+.
On Thursday during SWAC Football Media Day, the conference announced GSU’s game against Jackson State on September 17 will be televised/streamed on ESPNU.
Grambling State’s 2022 opener at Arkansas State will be streamed live on ESPN+ and the 49th edition of the Bayou Classic will be carried on NBC/Peacock.
Grambling State begins the 2022 season in Jonesboro, Ark. to take on Arkansas State in Centennial Bank Stadium on Sept. 3. Kickoff against the Red Wolves is set for 6 p.m.
